Added + New To-do at the top of the To-dos section of Dashboard, beside Open To-dos, for anyone who can add a To-do in the selected Personal or team. It opens a window over Dashboard holding the same field as the To-dos page: type the title and press Enter, and the When row under the field, already on Today, sends the To-do to tomorrow, next week, someday, no date or a picked date. A day typed at the end of the title picks its place too.
A To-do for today or a later day appears in the Dashboard list at once, in its place by day; the line under the field says where any other one went, with a link to it. The field stays ready for the next To-do; Done or Escape closes the window. Nothing on Dashboard moves while the window is open, and the field takes no room on the page.
The To-dos section now stays on Dashboard when nothing is planned, so the button is always there; it shows its heading and one line until a To-do is added. Pressing T on Dashboard opens the window, beside N for a new note.
