Open Daily Operations in the Magpie app to see Today at the location you work at: what needs attention, notes from earlier shifts, opening and closing, the day's checklists and temperatures. With more than one location, choose yours once and the app keeps it.
Open a checklist and answer each step as you go: tick it, choose an answer, type a number or a temperature, or take a photo. A failed check shows what to do now. Report reports an incident with a photo; on an incident, add updates and photos and mark its corrective actions done. Record a temperature, Add a note and End shift and hand over are in Today's menu. Shift leads and managers can check checklists, confirm opening and closing, and acknowledge and resolve incidents.
A notification opens the checklist or incident it is about, in its team.
