Fixed draft invoices losing their expenses when saved in the Magpie app

In the Magpie app, saving a draft invoice that billed an expense took the expense off the invoice: the line stayed, the expense showed as unbilled again, and its history said it was removed from the draft invoice. Saving now keeps each line's expense, as it already kept billed time.
