PDF Editor's toolbar now starts with File, which holds All PDF tools, Open another PDF… and Properties, followed by Undo and Redo. Open another PDF… opens a PDF from your device in the editor; the PDF you had open stays under Recent in this browser on the PDF Editor page.
Properties moved to File from the More menu, and Undo and Redo moved from the page bar. Send for signature and Export PDF stay in the page bar.
