Choose More, then Move to Trash, on a static site's page. The site moves at once, its address stops working, and the Websites list offers Undo. Restoring it from Trash brings it back published if it was. Its repository is not moved to Trash with it.
A website made in the Website Builder editor is still moved to Trash from the editor's File menu.
