The Products list in Store has views for All, Live, Drafts, Needs attention and Archived, each with how many products it holds. All no longer includes archived products. Needs attention lists live products without an image, products that cannot be bought, products at or below their reorder point, and drafts that could not go live at their scheduled time.
Filters narrow the list by tag, collection, stock, image and price, kind of product, product type and vendor, and Display sorts it by newest, recently updated, name, price or lowest stock. Each row shows the product's first image, its stock and what it still needs. Products at the top of a product's page goes back to the list as you left it.
Tick products, or tick the whole page and choose Select all to include every product that matches, to make them live, remove them from the store, archive or restore them, add or remove tags, add them to or remove them from a collection chosen by hand, set their vendor or product type, export them as CSV, or open them in Edit in a table. Making products live, removing them from the store and archiving ask first, and products that cannot go live are listed with the reason. Changes to tags, collections, vendor and product type can be undone from the message that follows.
On a keyboard, X ticks the highlighted product, Esc clears the choice, T adds tags and N starts a new product; Keyboard shortcuts lists every key. In every list you move through with J and K, the highlighted row is now outlined.
