Agreements is now open to everyone, in Personal or a team. The Library holds 38 standard agreements copied word for word from their publishers: Y Combinator, Common Paper, Bonterms, Law Insider's oneNDA, Papertrail and Series Seed.
- Start one from the Library or with New agreement, and answer its questions on the agreement's page. The text fills in as you answer.
- Send for signature freezes the text and opens a signature request in E-Signatures with each party as a signer. Once everyone has signed, the signed PDF and its certificate are on the agreement's page.
- Download PDF, Make a copy in Documents and Duplicate are in the agreement's More menu.
