A domain could be removed from DNS or Mail while a Store or website was still connected at an address under it, such as shop.example.com. The address kept answering, but its Custom domain page no longer showed it and Magpie stopped checking it.
Removal is now refused while such an address is connected. The domain's DNS page and its Mail page name the address and link to its Custom domain page, where Disconnect frees the domain.
