- Choose Scale when you add a question. Set where it starts (0 or 1) and ends (5 or 10), and the words for each end, such as "Not at all" and "Completely".
- People choose a number from a row; the words show once, under the row.
- The answers are summed up like other choice questions on the Form's responses, and the Scale can be used in a Form imported as JSON.
