Deploys share the repositories folder like every other runtime folder

The repositories folder is in the deploy's list of runtime folders, so a deploy creates it, gives the web server write permission, links it into each release and verifies it, instead of leaving an empty placeholder in the release.

Bare Git repositories live in shared/storage/repositories, which config.php reaches as REPOSITORY_STORAGE_ROOT. The deploy did not know the folder: each release kept an empty storage/repositories placeholder, and a fresh server got the real folder only when the first repository was made. storage/repositories is now in RUNTIME_PATHS in deployment/deploy.sh, so it is created, permissioned, linked and verified like the other runtime folders, and the deploy check tests it once under that name. A shared folder that already exists keeps its owner; the deploy verifies that its group can write to it.
