Sending an invoice showed "The invoice could not be sent. Try again." and the invoice stayed a draft. Preview PDF on a draft invoice failed in the same way. Both now create the PDF. Invoices that were already sent were not affected and keep their PDF.
Amounts in the PDF have thousands separators again, as in CAD 12,345.00.
