Changed: Accept and sign on a proposal's page.
- The client gives their full name once. Type signs with that name in a signature style, instead of asking for it again.
- When a package is still to be chosen, the step says so, and Choose a package goes to the packages. The Choose a package line under the totals links there too.
- A missing signature is shown under the signature box, not in a passing message.
- The totals in the step no longer repeat the Summary heading, and the signature box no longer has a second frame around it.
On the proposal's page, Contents now follows the proposal's title. A proposal from Personal names you as the sender when Invoicing has no business name. In the preview, the buttons that cannot be used say why beside them.
Fixed: a group of fields with one name, such as the signature, no longer shows the browser's own frame on any form.
