Proposals is now open to everyone, in Personal or a team. Start from one of your starters, one of Magpie's starters, a past proposal or a blank proposal.
- Pricing has lines, optional extras and packages for the client to choose between. A payment schedule divides the total into payments, and the first can be a deposit on acceptance.
- Send each client their own link. On that page they choose packages and options, ask a question, request changes, decline, or accept by signing. When there is a deposit, they pay it there by card.
- On acceptance, the signed PDF and its certificate are emailed, and each payment is an invoice in Invoicing. The work can start in Time Tracking, To-dos and Client Portal.
On the free plan, 5 proposals can be sent each month.
