A recording in Walkie Talkie now goes to Magpie second by second while you record it. Nobody can hear it until you send it, and letting go leaves almost nothing to upload. If the connection drops, the recording carries on and the rest goes when the connection returns.
A recording cut short, because the page closed or the browser stopped it, now waits in place of the Talk button the next time you open the conversation, with Play it back, Delete and Send. On your other devices, Walkie Talkie offers what reached Magpie the same way. Undo and Delete remove a recording from Magpie straight away.
While you record, the screen stays on where your browser allows it.
