- Live page: the people running a webinar open it from the webinar's page, meet backstage, try their camera, microphone and screen, and select Go live. Start a test tries the stage before the day, with nothing shown to attendees or recorded.
- Stage: hosts present on the stage, share a screen, bring speakers on and off, and invite attendees who raise a hand. Attendees see everyone on the stage, or a shared screen large.
- Attendees join from their own link, with no account: they chat, ask questions and vote for them, answer polls, send reactions, open the files and links the host offers, and select the call to action.
- Breakout rooms: attendees are spread evenly, placed by a host or choose a room, with an optional timer and a message to every room.
- Recording and replay: the stage is recorded and added to the first host's Screen Recorder, private unless the replay is open to anyone with the link. Attendees watch the replay from their own link, or anyone with the webinar's address when the host chooses, and are emailed a follow-up.
- Pre-recorded webinars play one of the host's recordings to every attendee at the start time.
- Resources can be files as well as links.
- Report: attendance, registrations, questions, polls, reactions, downloads, clicks and each breakout room's chat, with CSV files. The attendee list shows who came live and for how many minutes.

Webinars is still open to site administrators only. Live and pre-recorded webinars need the site's LiveKit server to be set up; until it is, the live page says live webinars are not available on this site.
