- When you share a project, meeting, invoice, signature request, files or a plan in a client portal, each client who can sign in gets an email saying what was shared, with a button that opens the portal. Each share drawer names who will get it, and a reply goes to the person who shared it.
- Email clients in a portal's Edit details… turns these emails off. It is on for every portal.
- Client portals take Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx) and CSV files, as well as PDF, PNG, JPEG, text and ZIP files.
