A client's Proposals tab in their portal opens its list, and the Dashboard row for a portal counts the proposals waiting for their signature.

Sharing a record with someone outside the team invites them as a guest
Adding someone outside the team to a document, spreadsheet, deck, Design, form, List or repository sends them an invitation. Once they accept, they are a guest with that record.
Accountants join your team as guests, on any plan
Invite your accountant by email address or handle. They join as a guest with Accounting and nothing else of the team.
People you talk with from outside your team are your guests
Someone you invite to Walkie Talkie, or whose talk page message you answer, becomes a guest of your Personal with your conversation.
Guests in a channel are guests of the team, on every plan
People you let into a channel join as guests of the team, listed on its Members page. Inviting them no longer needs a paid plan.
Invite guests who use only what you give them
A team, and your Personal work, can now have guests: people who use one area, or only the records shared with them, and take no place on the plan.
Notes on Dashboard open on any click again
A click anywhere on a note on Dashboard opens it again. Copy text in the note's menu copies the whole note.
