Coaching is a preview for site administrators.
- A client gets one daily email at the time they choose, listing actions due or overdue, open check-ins and the day's habits, with Done, Done today and a 0 to 10 row for a check-in. Each link opens a page with one button, so a mail program opening it does nothing.
- A weekly check-in not answered after two days is reminded once, and a session the day before. Nothing is sent between 21:00 and 07:00 in the client's time zone.
- A client chooses their daily email time and which reminders they get in their portal's Coaching settings. Coaching settings has the daily email time new clients start with, and each coach's own emails for unread messages and sessions.
- An item reminded three times with nothing done is left out of reminders, and the coach sees it under Needs attention with Remind again.
- A client and their coaches have a conversation on the client's page and in the portal. A message unread for 15 minutes (30 for a coach) is emailed without its text.
- The Overview lists messages from clients not yet answered, and a message unanswered for a day shows under Needs attention.
