Coaching is a preview for site administrators.
- Coaching settings holds session types (length, coach, where it happens, a notes starter) and the booking rules: late cancellation, sessions booked at once, shortest notice and furthest ahead.
- Sessions lists upcoming and past sessions, with Schedule session. A coach is asked first when a session would go past the sessions included or the coach is busy.
- A session's page has the client's prep, what they finished and answered since the last session, private notes read only by the coaches named on the coaching, the recap with Send recap, the actions agreed, and the rating. Notes and the recap save as they are typed.
- Mark held, No-show, Move session, Cancel session and Waive this session are on the session's page. The Overview shows today's and tomorrow's sessions, sessions to mark and recaps not sent.
- In their portal, a client books from free times a week at a time in their own time zone, writes prep, joins, moves or cancels until the late cancellation window, reads the recap and rates the session.
- A client's booking of a coaching session shows in the coach's contact history as a coaching session that opens in Coaching.
