Dashboard shows what is waiting in each Client Portal

Each Client Portal listed on Dashboard shows what is waiting for you in it: your steps to do in its plans, invoices to pay and documents to sign. These are the same things the portal's Overview lists under For you to do. A portal with nothing waiting shows only its name and who runs it.
