The actions on the one record a page shows are beside its name, with Delete, Archive and Cancel in its More menu. This now holds for Inventory items, pools, suppliers, orders, counts and stock changes; Daily Operations recipes, routines, checklists, incidents and batches; Accounting accounts, bills and journal entries; Message Board posts; Podcast recording sessions; and contacts. Before, these actions were in the page bar, in a band at the foot of the page, or only on a list's rows.
Editors keep the actions on the file as a whole in a File menu at the start of the editor, where Documents has it. Presentations, Design Canvas and Website Builder have File first in their toolbar; Idea Boards, the Form builder, the Screen Recorder editor and the Supporters post editor have it in a row above the work. Delete form moved there from Form settings, and the Screen Recorder editor's Share page settings, Analytics and Invite people to watch moved into File. In Notes, the open note's red Delete button is now Delete note in its More menu.
Rows in Contacts, Screen Recorder and a podcast's Recordings no longer have Delete: open the contact or recording to delete it, or select several contacts to delete them together. Menu items name what they act on (Delete contact, Archive item, Cancel count), each confirmation names the record and what will happen, and Archive, which Restore undoes, is no longer shown in red.
