Coding assistants may not use SSH or sign in to accounts

`AGENTS.md` and `CLAUDE.md` forbid coding assistants to connect to any machine over SSH, or to get into a live system or account themselves.

The rule in AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md covered SSH to the owner's server. It now forbids SSH to any machine, including tunnels and file transfers over SSH. It also forbids anything in the same spirit: signing in to Magpie's website, live or a dev site, as an administrator or any other account; using passwords, session cookies, API tokens or keys for live accounts; and opening a remote shell, a live database connection, or a hosting, registrar, DNS or admin console. An action that might fall under the rule is treated as forbidden, and the owner is given the steps instead.
