In Mail, replying to or forwarding an email that was written with formatting quoted it as one block of text, with its paragraphs, line breaks and list items run together. The quote now keeps them, in Mail on the website and in the Magpie app. A reply or forward also opens with the cursor above the quoted message, with the blank lines above the quote kept, and a list in a message shown in the Magpie app no longer has a blank line between its items.
Mail replies keep the message's line breaks
Replying to or forwarding an email in Mail now quotes it with its paragraphs and line breaks, instead of running them together.
