Fixed Notes' Formatted view changing tables, checkboxes and line breaks
Editing a note in the Formatted view no longer loses its tables and checkboxes or turns a line break into a new paragraph.

Editing a note in the Formatted view no longer:
- turns a table into a line of text;
- removes the checkbox from a checklist line, or adds "→ To-do" to it;
- turns a line break inside a paragraph into a new paragraph;
- hides text typed in angle brackets, such as
<draft>.
