Changed: answering a team invitation with the link in its email confirms the account's email address only on the website. In the Magpie app the link still works, and the address stays unconfirmed.
Fixed: deleting an account whose email address was not confirmed removed the team invitations sent to that address, so their links stopped working. Those invitations now stay, and their links still work for whoever holds the address.
Fixed: an account whose email address was not confirmed could block a team admin, and that admin's invitations to the address were then refused. When an invitation is sent, a block now counts only from an account whose address is confirmed. Every block is still checked when the invitation is accepted.
Invitation links are no longer written to Magpie's logs.
