Vault: sort the list, and select several items at once

Vault's item list can now be sorted by title or by website, and a checkbox on each row lets you select several items to archive, restore, or delete together.

Vault's item list now has a sort control above it, next to search: by title, or by website (for logins and API credentials that have one - anything without one sorts by title instead, alongside the others).

Each row also has a checkbox, at the far left, that appears when you hover the row and stays once it's checked. Selecting one shows a bar above the list with a running count and a "select all" box for everything currently in view, plus actions for the whole selection: Archive, which moves the selected items to Trash the same way deleting one item does; and, from the Trash tab itself, Restore and Delete forever. Switching tabs clears the selection, since what a selection can do depends on whether it's looking at active items or Trash.

The tabs above the list - All items, Favorites, Logins, and so on - now each carry a count of how many items are in them.

None of this changes what is stored or how it is encrypted; it is all working with items already decrypted in the browser.
