Dashboard shows notes from all your teams
Notes on Dashboard now come from Personal and every team you belong to, and Unread mail and To-dos appear only while they have something in them.
Notes on Dashboard now come from Personal and every team you belong to, and Unread mail and To-dos appear only while they have something in them.
Dashboard shows your latest Notes under the assistant, with New note to write one. Notes, Unread mail and To-dos can each be hidden from their own menu.
Internal: docs/specs/PROPOSALS.md specifies a Proposals area; specifications now rule out calls to AI services.
Staff Scheduling's templates are now called starters, and a week with no shifts offers Copy last week and Add a starter week.
Days of the week that are over are shown in grey, and on a phone each person's days line up and end with their hours for the week.
A person can work a morning and an evening shift, or two shifts back to back in different positions, and the schedule, rules and reports handle each case.
Shifts are drawn like Calendar events, days are headed like Calendar's, and a shift opened from the schedule has its actions in one row with a More menu.
Removed Site design from the admin dashboard, with its Preview for admins switch and the stylesheet it served to website admins.
Buttons other than the main action on a page are now white with a thin edge, so they can be seen before you point at them.
Social Media's first steps, Store's setup list and Staff Scheduling's Getting started now use one list, with a button for each step.
The schedule, a shift, a person's profile, Requests and the employee pages use Magpie's standard rows, drawers and menus, and the week fits the page without scrolling sideways.
Internal: docs/specs/ holds the rules and template for specifying an area before it is built.
Opening a message or folder in Mail now loads only the folders, the message list and the message, not the whole page.
Each file in a client portal can be up to 500 MB, up from 25 MB. Portal files count toward file storage, and Delete beside a file deletes it.
Client portals take any kind of file, such as Photoshop, SVG, video and audio files. Programs, scripts and Office files that can hold macros are refused, and a ZIP is checked for them.
A reply sent from Mail now appears in the same conversation as the message it answers, in Magpie and in the other person's mail.
Sign in with an email link instead works for a client logged in to a connected Magpie account, a refused progress value returns to its goal, and a shared meeting links to its page only for its host.
The colour wash behind pages has a fine grain of its own colours, in light and dark mode.
When you share something in a client portal, each client who can sign in gets an email about it. Portals also take Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CSV files.
Meetings in a client portal moved to Past meetings before they started, and their times had no time zone. Times now show in the zone the meeting was booked in, with its name.
