Internal: every account has a storageUuid, and the per-account folders for images, digital files, Chat files and voice notes, Issue imports, screen recordings and podcast uploads are named by it instead of the account id. Existing folders keep working until bin/move-user-storage-to-uuid.php moves them and rewrites stored paths.
