In the Accounting preview, which only Magpie administrators can open, Bills records what the business owes suppliers, spread across accounts, and each payment against it from a bank, card or cash account. A bill is corrected by voiding it and entering it again.
Reports has Profit and Loss on the accrual or cash basis, the Balance Sheet, the trial balance, money owed to you and money you owe by how late it is, sales tax for a period, income by customer and spending by supplier. Each report exports to CSV, and Journal Entries exports every line between two dates.
