The new Budgets page has a budget for each financial year: an amount for each income and expense account in each month. Same every month fills a row from its first amount, and Start from last year's actual amounts fills the form from the year before.
The Budget against actual report shows each account's actual amount beside its budget for any dates, and the difference.
