Fixed the Sales tax net, cash-basis rounding and cash flow disposals in Accounting

The Sales tax report now takes back the tax on reversed sales and shows payments to the tax authority separately; the cash-basis Profit and Loss, the cash flow statement and the quarter ranges were corrected.

Fixed the Sales tax report: tax on a sale reversed in the period, such as a voided invoice, is now taken off the tax charged, and payments to the tax authority are shown on their own line under the net instead of being mixed in with it. Opening balances no longer count as tax charged in the first period. A recorded return keeps the same figures as the report.

Fixed the cash-basis Profit and Loss so a part payment of an invoice or bill counts exactly its share of the document: paying half a bill with lines of 33.33 and 66.67 now counts 50.00, not 50.01.

Fixed the cash flow statement for assets disposed of without a sale: the value written off is added back under operating activities, like depreciation, instead of appearing as money received under investing activities.

Changed This quarter and Last quarter on reports to follow the financial year set in Settings. Changed the Chart of Accounts to show income and expense accounts for the financial year, as the reports do; the overview's This year now uses the basis Profit and Loss opens with.
