Internal: the Agreements Library (site-admin preview) holds Y Combinator's ten published forms, copied word for word from their Word files and checked word by word against them: the US post-money SAFEs with a valuation cap, with a discount, and uncapped MFN, the US pro rata side letter, and the valuation cap SAFE and side letter for Canada, the Cayman Islands and Singapore. The Library and New agreement group them by country. The discount SAFE asks for the discount and prints its Discount Rate as 100 minus it; the Cayman Islands and Singapore forms write dates as 14 October 2026. None of the texts has been reviewed by a lawyer.
