In the Appointments administrator preview:
- Until the booking page is published, Appointments is one page: the services, a switch for each team member who accepts appointments, the weekly hours and Publish booking page. The numbered setup steps are gone.
- On Services, Add service in the page bar asks for a name and opens the new service. A service's duration, price, location and buffers are typed where they are shown, such as 45 min or 1 hour, and shown back as read. Available to book is a switch, and a service's staff is chosen from Change on its Staff row.
- On Staff, each team member has a switch for accepting appointments, and each person's hours are typed per day, such as 9–5 or Closed. The hours form behind Edit weekly hours is gone.
- Booking Page now holds the page's name, description, address and time zone beside its published state and address. Settings keeps the booking rules, which read as lengths such as 2 hours and Every 15 min.
- An appointment record offers Reschedule and Cancel appointment beside its title while it is upcoming, and a Status choice of Completed or No-show once it has ended. The list names its filter in its empty state and shows a status column for past appointments only.
