The Asset Tracker list summarizes active equipment, overdue checkouts, maintenance and damaged assets. Admins also see warranties expiring soon and recorded purchase totals grouped by currency. Reports group assets by status, category and location. Checking a linked asset out past a future booking requires an administrator override; moving an asset to maintenance, marking it lost, retiring it or removing its booking link requires future bookings to be cancelled or moved first.
