Added a command-line comparison using the same cases, assistant coordinator, and OpenAI argument generator. Jev selects tools in the candidate version. Both candidates share a spending limit. Workflow checks include saved evidence, document contents, permissions, and duplicate-write prevention. The active assistant provider is unchanged.
