The Dashboard assistant can search and count these areas:
- Bookmarks in the selected team, by title, address, description or note.
- Issues in the selected team, by title, identifier or description, with status and due-date filters.
- Expenses you recorded in the selected team, with reimbursement status and date filters. Drafts are excluded.
- Time Tracking entries you recorded in the selected team, with a start-date filter.
- Signatures requests in the selected team, with status and sent-date filters. Templates are excluded.
- Asset Tracker assets in the selected team, by name, tag, serial number, manufacturer, model, location or notes.
- Resource Booking bookings you made in the selected team, with status and date filters.
- Appointments in the selected team, by service or customer name. Customer email, phone and internal notes are not shown.
The assistant can also count Appointments, Asset Tracker assets and your Resource Booking bookings. It reports that Secure Files cannot be counted because they are encrypted in your browser. Mail, Client Portals, Vault and Secure Files remain unavailable to the assistant.
