The Dashboard assistant now takes a message with several requests, such as “Find release notes, count my unread chat messages, and show my overdue to-dos”, and answers each part in turn.
Name a team to read its records from any tab, for example “How many notes are in my Diary account?”, or ask across all your teams. Counts and lists then say which team each figure belongs to. Changes still happen in one team at a time.
Dates such as today, this week, last month, the next 30 days, or a month name set the date range of a search. “What do I have here?” gives an overview of every area with a count and a link, and “What teams am I in?” lists your teams.
When the assistant cannot do something yet, it says so and gives the nearest fact it can, such as how many records the area holds.
The assistant can now update a contact, change a contact’s tags, delete a contact, create an issue, save a bookmark, record an expense, start and stop a timer, and post a chat message. Deleting a contact and posting a message need your confirmation first.
