When the paid plan moved to $9.99 a month and $99.99 a year, the pages were updated but the payment side was not, so new subscriptions were still being charged the old $7.99 and $79.99. The page and the charge now agree.
If you subscribed while that was true, nothing changes for you: your subscription keeps the price you signed up at until you change it yourself.
