In Month view, selecting empty space in a day opens a new event for that day, at the next available time today or 9:00 on other days. The day's number still opens it in Day view, and items still open their details.
Each view and date now has its own address. The browser's Back button returns from a day to the view it was opened from, and Esc does the same in Day view. The Agenda, Day and Month buttons, the arrows and Today stay at the top of the page while Day view's hours scroll.
Switching views and moving between periods now redraws at once from the items already loaded, then adds anything new when the server answers.
