The profile card in Chat now opens when you click, press Enter on, or right-click a name or avatar. It no longer opens when the pointer passes over a name. It is drawn like Chat's other menus, with Message, Mute notifications and Block as items. Right-click a conversation in the list to open its details; for a direct message, the same menu has Mute notifications and Block. Left-click still opens the conversation.

In Team chat, a person's card opens when you click or right-click their name, not when you hover, and right-clicking a conversation in the list offers its details, muting and blocking.
