- A client portal takes any kind of file, from your team and from clients, such as Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai), SVG, HEIC, MP4 and MOV files. Before, it took only PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, PNG, JPEG, text and ZIP files. Each file can be up to 25 MB.
- Files that can run programs or change settings on the computer that opens them, such as .exe, .js and .lnk files, are refused. So are Office files that can hold macros (.docm, .xlsm and the older .doc, .xls and .ppt) and Word, Excel and PowerPoint files with a password.
- A ZIP is opened and refused if it holds any of these, and the reason names the file inside. Other archives, such as .rar and .7z, and disk images are refused: put their files in a ZIP.
