Coaching is a preview for site administrators.
- Export record in a client's More menu makes a ZIP file of their coaching: a page that opens in any browser, the same as JSON, goal values, habit logs and check-in answers as spreadsheets, and the files. It holds private session notes and only the journal entries the client shared.
- Clients download their own record from Coaching settings in their portal, with their whole journal and without the private notes, also after coaching has ended.
- Team admins export every client's record, program and library item from Export in Coaching settings.
- Each is made in the background; the page shows Download when it is ready, a link is emailed, and the download lasts 7 days.
- Files sent in coaching messages and added to the library are now kept between releases.
