Coaching is a preview for site administrators.
- Edit details on a program, or on a client's coaching before it starts, sets the price in your Invoicing currency, how it is paid (in full, 2 to 24 monthly instalments, or monthly until coaching ends) and an E-Signatures starter as the agreement.
- Start coaching lists what it will send. The first invoice is issued, emailed with its Pay link and shared in the client's portal; instalments and monthly payments are invoiced a month apart and shared as they are made. A client paying online can choose to save their card for the rest.
- The agreement is sent for the client and the lead coach to sign and shared in the portal. With Start after the agreement is signed, the client sees only the agreement until they sign it, and coaching starts that day.
- The client's page lists the agreement and each invoice. Complete coaching… can cancel the sessions still to come and stop the payments left, and says how many sessions were not used. Nothing is refunded by itself.
- Needs attention now lists an invoice unpaid a week after it was due and an agreement not signed five days after it was sent.
- Coaching invoices do not count toward the monthly invoice limit.
