Added Daily Operations, for the recurring work at each location: opening and closing, checks during the day, temperatures, notes for the next shift and the problems people find.
- Set up by choosing the kind of business, such as a coffee shop, bakery, restaurant, retail store, florist, salon or cleaning business. Each offers starter routines you can edit or remove.
- Today shows each location's checklists: yours, what to do now, what is overdue, what is coming up and what is done, with what needs a manager's attention.
- Checklist steps can be ticks, yes or no, pass or fail, numbers, temperatures, choices, written answers, photos or acknowledgements. Each answer is saved as it is given, and every earlier answer is kept.
- Routines are published as versions. A completed checklist always shows the version it used.
- A failed check or a temperature out of range reports a problem with the steps to fix it. High and critical problems are sent to the location's shift leads and managers, and a critical problem nobody acknowledges is escalated.
- Shift leads confirm opening and closing. Work not finished can be overridden only with a reason, which managers are told about.
- The logbook carries notes and shift handoffs to the next shift until they are read or resolved.
- Equipment comes from Asset Tracker, and a problem can take it out of service there. Locations can be linked to Staff Scheduling.
- Reports list checklists completed on time, late, missed and skipped, failed checks, incidents and temperature records, with CSV downloads.
