New Data Removal

Data Removal administration

The Data Removal administration area now lists every enrollment, the removal requests people have submitted, and the broker jobs behind them.

The Data Removal area under Admin was a set of demo controls with a short list of enrollments waiting for approval. It is now the place the service is run from.

Operations opens with the counts that decide what to do next: approvals ready, open requests, customer actions outstanding, and jobs needing attention. Below them sits every enrollment, searchable by name or email and filterable by state, with the outstanding work for each person shown in the list.

Removal requests is a queue of the listings people reported themselves. Each request moves one step at a time — start, mark submitted, mark removed, or decline — and a request that has been closed can be reopened.

Each person has a page showing their broker coverage, queued jobs, open customer actions, removal cases, reports and full history. A failed job can be put back on the queue with a fresh attempt budget, an abandoned one can be cancelled, and all removal work for a person can be paused and resumed.

Identity details stay encrypted while an operator works from states and counts. Showing a profile for a manual broker request is a deliberate action, and each view is recorded in that person's history alongside every other administrator action. The demo scenarios are still there, now behind a disclosure at the foot of the page.
