Data Removal used to be visible only to website administrators. It is now an ordinary section marked Paid, so anyone can find it and see what it does.
A paid plan includes Data Removal for one person. Being a member of someone else's paid team does not include it — a privacy profile holds your own identity information and your own signed authorization, so it is included per person rather than per team.
