A clearer Data Removal offer

The Data Removal offer page now explains the service in a shorter sequence: the information it is intended to remove, how opt-out requests work, current coverage, privacy protections, limitations, and price. It no longer includes the general Magpie product catalogue or claims customer outcomes that the service cannot yet substantiate.
