Each section of the privacy profile review put its edit button beside the values, so a section with a longer button ended up narrower than the one above it and its dividing lines came up short. The button now sits on the heading line and the values run the full width. The line under each heading, which came from the card heading style rather than the section itself, is gone, and a marked row is tinted to exactly the width of the lines around it.
