Internal. The database connection now sets utf8mb4_unicode_ci, which every table uses, so comparing text the server builds with a column no longer fails with a collation error. The integrations, integration_logs, synced_calendar_events and webhooks tables are converted from the server default to the same collation. A test checks that guarded migration statements quote their DDL correctly.
