Changed the internal signup test script to import named accounts from CSV, assign exact dates or spread signups across a date range, and preview input without a database connection. It uses the signup services, dates the related records and logs, and preserves existing user IDs. Email delivery and IP rate limiting are optional for the script.
Dated signup simulation
The signup test script accepts CSV batches and signup dates, with email delivery off by default.
